We can’t wait for summer! This cold, rainy weather has us dreaming of sunny evenings filled with good music, great company, and lake breezes at the Montague-Whitehall Rotary Bandshell. Luckily, the Arts Council of White Lake – Nuveen Center has announced the return of its beloved Free Summer Concert Series, and it’s shaping up to be another fantastic season.
The 2025 concert series kicks off on Tuesday, June 10, and runs weekly through August 12, with each performance starting at 7:00 p.m. These family-friendly concerts are free to the public and take place at the Montague-Whitehall Rotary Bandshell, located along scenic White Lake.
This year, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, most rain location concerts will move indoors to the Montague High School Fine Arts Center. However, on June 17 and July 1, rain plans will shift to the Whitehall High School Auditorium, ensuring music lovers don’t miss a beat.
Summer 2025 Lineup:
Each concert features a unique sound—from Celtic flair and retro vibes to rock, funk, and Americana—so there’s something for everyone. Whether you bring a blanket, lawn chairs, or dance in the grass, it’s the perfect way to spend a Tuesday night on the lake.
Thank You Sponsors
This cherished summer tradition wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of local sponsors. A special thank you goes out to CatchMark Technologies, Viola E. Bray Charitable Trust, and the Michael James family for their commitment as series sponsors.
New This Year: Sound Sponsorships
In 2025, the Arts Council is excited to introduce a new $300 Sound Sponsorship opportunity for most concerts. It’s a great way for individuals or businesses to support local arts and get recognized for helping bring live music to the community. Interested sponsors can contact the Nuveen Center at [email protected] to learn more.
