The following is a Press Release:

Muskegon, MI–

LifeWise Academy is now available to Reeths-Puffer Elementary students in grades K-4.
Students will travel from Reeths-Puffer Elementary to Calvary Memorial Church, where they willreceive
Bible-based character education.
“Thanks to our supportive community, we can offer LifeWise classes to Reeths-Puffer Elementary
students in grades K-4,” said Benjamin Spencer, LifeWise Academy Reeths-Puffer Director. “We look
forward to seeing how this program will impact our students and unite Muskegon. Our community has
already come togetherto make this possible, and we’re confident this collaboration will continue as the
program grows.”

LifeWise lessons will be 45 minutes, once per week as a part of the student’s “specials”rotation. Parents
can enroll their students at www.lifewise.org/reethspuffermi.
Spencer added, “I also want to thank everyone who has partnered with LifeWise Academy Reeths-Puffer.
We could not provide this program to our students without your generous support.”
The program helps strengthen students’ character development and mental health, and it supports
educators’ efforts in building strong, resilient students. Students learn the Bible chronologically, with each
lesson relating a Bible passage to a relevant charactertrait that students are encouraged to practice in
theirfamilies and communities.

LifeWise Academy, based in Hilliard, Ohio, is a released time religious instruction program providing
Bible-based character education to public school students. With parent permission, students are released
from school for 45 minutes per week to attend off-campus classes during school hours.
