The opening reception for the Arts Council of White Lake – Nuveen (ACWL-Nuveen)’s Studio Art Showcase on Saturday, January 25 was a celebration of student and teacher artwork created by multi-generational students and teachers. In 2024 ACWL-Nuveen offered 100 different classes and served over 800 students – that is a lot of creativity to celebrate!
Come check out this show that runs through March 1 and get inspired to take a class, or teach a class! The ACWL-Nuveen prides itself on offering a diverse roster of quality art instruction that is accessible and affordable. For classes that are more expensive due to the materials and length of instruction, they offer “Pay What you Can” scholarship pricing which has enabled even more students to explore their creative side.
