White Lake Area Chamber to Host 2025 Legislative Breakfast

Connecting Local Business Leaders with State Policy Makers

Whitehall, MI — The White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its upcoming Legislative Breakfast, taking place on Monday, May 12, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 9:15 AM at The Playhouse at White Lake. This event offers local businesses an opportunity to engage directly with state legislators and policy leaders.

Attendees will enjoy a delicious breakfast catered by The Gnarly Heifer while gaining insights into key legislative issues impacting Michigan and our area.

This year’s panel features prominent voices in state governance and advocacy:

  • Senator Jon Bumstead
  • Representative Will Snyder
  • Representative Curt VanderWall
  • Wendy Block, Senior Vice President of Business Advocacy, Michigan Chamber of Commerce

The Legislative Breakfast will have open dialogue, giving attendees the chance to hear updates from elected officials and ask questions about policies that shape the future of the Montague, Whitehall, and greater West Michigan areas.

Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance or fill out a Q&A card during the breakfast and networking portion of the event.

CatchMark Community Product Lead Amy Yonkman joined the CatchMark team in 2021 as an office assistant. She quickly became project manager for the Digital Marketing and Media service, and is now the CatchMark Community Product Lead. Amy’s background includes working in preschool classrooms, hospitality, and customer service.
