Family Storytime (White Lake Community Library)
Mondays throughout February (2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd) | 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Families with young children are invited to enjoy stories, songs, and early literacy activities in a welcoming group setting.
Baby Time (White Lake Community Library)
Tuesdays throughout February (3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th) | 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Designed for babies and their caregivers, Baby Time features gentle songs, movement, and bonding activities that support early learning.
Toddler Storytime (Montague Branch)
Tuesdays, February 3, 10, and 24 | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Storytime for children ages 2–3 and their caregivers includes books, fingerplays, music, movement, and opportunities to build early literacy skills.
Knit, Crochet & Connect (White Lake Community Library)
Mondays throughout February (2nd, 9th, and 23rd) | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Crafters of all experience levels are welcome to bring a project—or just themselves—for an afternoon of creativity and conversation.
Gentle Yoga (White Lake Community Library)
Thursdays throughout February (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Certified instructor Heather Hesse leads Gentle Yoga sessions suitable for all experience levels. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Cost is $10 per class.
Chair Yoga Class (White Lake Community Library)
Thursdays throughout February (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) | 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Chair Yoga with Rhonda Aley offers a supportive practice focused on strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Suggested donation is $5, or free for Silver Sneakers participants.
Play & Learn (White Lake Community Library)
Fridays throughout February (6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th) | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Young children and caregivers can enjoy stories, songs, and guided playtime designed to encourage learning and social interaction.
Afternoon Hang (White Lake Community Library)
Fridays throughout February (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th) | 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Teens are invited to relax, socialize, and enjoy games or creative activities in a safe, welcoming space.
Blood Drive at the Library (White Lake Community Library)
Wednesday, February 4 | 11:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Community members are encouraged to give back by donating blood during this Red Cross blood drive hosted at the library.
Diamond Art (Montague Branch) – Registration Required
Thursday, February 12 | 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Teens and tweens can create sparkly diamond art while learning about Black History Month. Participants will choose from designs honoring influential Black figures.
Dungeons & Dragons (Montague Branch)
Saturday, February 14 | 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Teens can gather to play Dungeons & Dragons in a welcoming environment. All experience levels are welcome, and snacks are provided. Registration is required for the December–February program cycle.
Black History Month Storytime (Montague Branch)
Tuesday, February 17 | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Families are invited to a special storytime celebrating Black History Month through stories, songs, and interactive activities for children ages 0–5.
Cardboard Creations (Montague Branch) – Registration Required

Participants will follow step-by-step instructions to create fun projects using cardboard and kid-friendly tools. All materials are provided.
Silhouette Art Project (Montague Branch) – Registration Required
Thursday, February 19 | 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Children will create their own silhouette artwork while learning about notable Black Americans, decorating their projects with words and images to form a meaningful collage.
Diamond Painting (Montague Branch) – Registration Required
Monday, February 23 | 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Adults are invited to explore diamond painting, a relaxing and accessible craft that produces beautiful, shimmering artwork.
