The Arts Council of White Lake – Nuveen (ACWL-Nuveen) launches the 2025 Free Summer Concert Series on Tuesday, June 10 as Kanin Wren takes the stage at the Montague-Whitehall Rotary Bandshell. Kanin will serenade the audience with original compositions from her past and present, along with her favorite tunes from esteemed country and pop artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, Lainey Wilson, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Megan Moroney, and many more. Kanin’s concert is sponsored by Montague-Whitehall Rotary Club.
🤩As always, ACWL-Nuveen will have a FREE kids craft at the concert and they’ll be making bracelets at the first week’s concert!
🚲For those planning to arrive on two wheels, there are bike racks available at the bandshell.
🌭And new this year: TLee’s Backyard Dogs will be at the concert selling various hot dogs, chips, and drinks!
The rain location for most of this summer’s concerts is the Montague Fine Arts Center – 4900 Stanton Blvd. The rain location for the June 17 and July 1 concerts is the Whitehall High School Auditorium – 3100 W. White Lake Dr.

June 17: 496 West offers soulful vocals, a powerhouse horn section, killer keys, silky strings, and indispensable percussions grounded in the soul, smooth jazz, and R&B genres with a sprinkling of the blues and gospel jazz.
June 24: Whorled, Whorled offers world Music — hefty doses of celtic, gypsy jazz, classical and often a mash-up of these styles. This concert is sponsored by the City of Montague.
