Access Health Survey Seeks Input from White Lake & Beyond

Muskegon County residents are being invited to participate in an important new survey aimed at improving local health and wellness programs. Conducted by Access Health, this research study is designed to better understand what supports or stands in the way of people living healthy lives in the region.

What’s the Survey About?

This short, 6-minute survey focuses on factors that affect health beyond just medical care. It asks residents about:

  • Employment and job stability
  • Access to healthcare services
  • Support from family, friends, and community
  • Financial situations, sources of stress, and confidence in day-to-day life

By gathering input directly from Muskegon County residents, Access Health hopes to identify common challenges and opportunities to shape better programs and policies that meet real needs.

Voluntary and Anonymous

Participation is completely voluntary. Individuals can choose whether to answer any or all questions, and they can stop the survey at any point before submitting it.

Importantly, the survey is anonymous. No names or identifying information are collected. All answers are stored securely and can only be accessed by the project team. The responses will be used only to develop health and support programs in the county—not for future research or any other purposes.

Why Your Input Matters

While some of the questions touch on sensitive topics such as unemployment or financial strain, the goal is to better understand the real experiences of Muskegon County residents. Your answers can directly influence efforts to:

  • Improve access to jobs and job training
  • Expand health care coverage and services
  • Strengthen community and mental health support

Access Health wants to hear from people of all walks of life—because lasting solutions start with real stories.
