April brings a fresh mix of programs for all ages at the White Lake Community Library and the Montague Branch. From storytimes and crafts to workshops, games, and wellness activities, there are plenty of ways to stay engaged and inspired this spring.
Let’s Build! (Montague Branch) – Registration Required

Kids can explore their creativity using LEGO bricks, large building blocks, and cardboard materials. Registration required.
Family Storytime (White Lake Community Library)
Mondays throughout April | 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Families with young children are invited to enjoy stories, songs, and early literacy activities in a welcoming and engaging setting.
Baby Time (White Lake Community Library)
Tuesdays throughout April | 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
Designed for babies and their caregivers, Baby Time includes songs, movement, and bonding activities that support early development.
Mod Podge Decoupage (Montague Branch) – Registration Required
Wednesday, April 8 | 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Create whimsical, storybook-style coasters using decoupage techniques. Registration required.
Toddler Storytime (Montague Branch)

Young children and their caregivers can enjoy books, music, movement, and activities designed to build early literacy skills.
Gentle Yoga (White Lake Community Library)
Thursdays throughout April | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Certified instructor Heather Hesse leads gentle yoga sessions suitable for all experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle. Cost is $13 per session.
Chair Yoga Class (White Lake Community Library)
Thursdays throughout April | 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Chair Yoga with Rhonda Aley offers a supportive practice focused on strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Suggested donation is $5, or free for Silver Sneakers participants.
Play & Learn (White Lake Community Library)

Children and caregivers can enjoy stories, songs, and guided playtime that encourages learning and social interaction.

Teens and tweens are invited to play Dungeons & Dragons in a welcoming environment. All experience levels are encouraged to join, and snacks are provided.
Registration is required and covers the full March–May program cycle. Because this is a popular program with a waitlist, participants are asked to commit to all sessions. Two or more no-call/no-shows may result in removal so another player can participate.
Pick-Your-Own-Book Club (White Lake Community Library)

Readers can bring a book of their choice and share insights in a relaxed, discussion-based setting.
